Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and no show appointments cost our talented stylists money. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved service time with at least 24 hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. Anything less than 24 hours could result in a 50% cancellation fee and giving no notice at all could result in full charge.

We do ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. Per your stylist’s discretion, 15 min or longer past your appointment time is typically considered a no show and will need to be rescheduled. Policies and Cancellation fees will either be handled by Bloom for employee stylists or per individual stylist, as they run an independent business within Bloom. Thank you for your cooperation!

Return Policy:
Returns or exchanges on all product and other merchandise will be accepted within 14 business days of purchase.

Redo Policy:
Stylists must be notified within 3 business days if you are unsatisfied with your service results or experience, though we do ask that you communicate your thoughts with your stylist before you leave the salon and during your appointment. It is at the stylist discretion whether a redo or refund is applicable. Service re-dos and refunds for services are handled per stylist, as they work independently. Bloom Hair Design, Inc will not be responsible for any service refunds for independent stylists. For Bloom employed stylists, Bloom Hair Design will handle all refunds and redos. 


Deposits:
Our time in the salon is valuable. In some cases Bloom Hair Design or the independent stylist may see it necessary to require a deposit of 50% of the service charges due at the time of booking. 

Returned Checks:
The service fee for a returned check in Georgia is five percent of the original check amount or $25, whichever is higher. If the check writer does not give full payment, including fees, to the check recipient, within 10 days, the recipient can bring a civil suit for twice the amount of the check, but not more than $500, plus court costs.

 

Other:

  • Please let us know ahead of time if you have any medical limitations, allergies, or specific needs, so that we can better service you.

  • Tips are not included in the service pricing and are very much appreciated.

  • Gift Certificates are available year round and are non-refundable.

  • All service prices and color product charges are subject to change per individual and independent stylist depending on time, demand, supply costs, length, texture, density, technique, and condition of hair.

  • All children/teens under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the consultation and service. The parent or guardian must consult with the stylist about the child/teen's hair service before service can be performed.

  • Aggressive, rude behavior, or hate speech will not be tolerated.

  • Please note: We are a hybrid salon of both employees of Bloom Hair Design, Inc as well as independent contractors within Bloom. Each independent stylist is responsible for receiving payment for their services and are responsible for issuing any refunds and booking redo services, if applicable. Bloom Hair Design, Inc is not responsible for refunds, redos, or any other issues pertaining to any appointment with an independent stylist within the salon.
